Overview
This position is responsible for assisting in examinations and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.
Duties
• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients’ charts.
• Consistently coordinates with co-workers and physicians in regards to patient care requirements.
• May be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.
• Helps front desk with phones and patient questions or concerns as needed.
