    The IT Restaurant Systems Analyst I is responsible for:

  • Installation and configuration of restaurant systems for all concepts to support business requirements, including but not limited to Point of Sale (POS), mobile POS, payment technologies, waitlist/table management, kitchen display, back-office management, etc.
  • Understanding and supporting the technical requirements for our restaurant systems environment
  • Optimizing work-processes within new and existing restaurant systems to maximize efficiencies for the end user
  • Partner with the product managers, deployment team, and training team to support software installs, upgrades, and patch cycles within the restaurant environment
  • Assist in managing rollouts of new FOH and BOH technologies, features, software, and hardware
  • Partner with the development team to integrate FOH and back-office systems with other business technologies
  • Research and identify new restaurant technology solutions based on business needs and partner with technology providers to develop, pilot, and deploy
  • Assist with the development and execution of QA testing baselines for new and existing restaurant system technologies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and be responsible for the creation of knowledge transfer documents to technical support teams for assigned projects
  • •Support/troubleshoot Tier 3 escalations for technical operations support for all concepts

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or similar.

    Experience: 3+ Years’ experience in information technology required

    1+ years’ experience in Point of Sale technology preferred.

    Computer Skills: Word, Excel, SQL, POS computer software (NCR products preferred)
