    The Specialized Accounts Payable team is responsible for providing legendary Accounts Payable support to Support Center departments, stores and vendors. This is accomplished through the daily, weekly and monthly processing of invoices, check requests and other miscellaneous requests for payments along with related projects and tasks. Specialized Accounts Payable Associates share in the following responsibilities:

  • Process invoices/check requests through use of Basware, D365, Fintech and Concur
  • Manage consolidated billings
  • Review of petty cash
  • Responsible for Beer, Liquor, Wine invoice processing
  • Responsible for Utility invoice processing
  • Process other Specialized invoices for Support Center Departments, Market and Regional Partners
  • Maintain invoice approval list
  • Enter various general ledger entries and accruals
  • Complete monthly/quarterly reconciliations as assigned
  • Cross train across all specialized AP functions
  • Partner with leadership and other teams on process improvement opportunities
  • Communicate verbally and written with Support Center departments/vendors
  • Work on special assignments/projects as assigned

    Education: Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or other business-related degree preferred.

    Experience: 1-year related accounting experience preferred

    Computer Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel. Microsoft D365 accounting software and Basware a plus.
